Yeah!! 2 months, 7 more to go :) Tomorrow is the big day! We get to have an ultrasound and my first actual appointment at 11:30!! Cannot wait to see what's going on inside! I've experience no nausea/sickness up to this point and feel absolutely fine other than the exaggerated tiredness, mild cramping, and my tummy feeling bigger.
We went to Babies-R-Us for the first time last weekend, just to get an idea of what's out there. We had a ton of fun. Nate is absolutely going to be the best daddy!! He loved looking at all the stuff..hehe...it was SO sweet to watch.
4th of July weekend was great!! We had fun with the whole family celebrating my mom's birthday Saturday night. We took her to Hyden's, which is this fantastic steak/seafood restaurant. I made a German chocolate cake (her favorite) and we came home to enjoy it after dinner. Last night we saw one of the most amazing firework shows put on...by our church!! We were astonished at how great it was, being a church funded show! It was 45 minutes long- well worth it! Great messages related to Christ's mission here on earth, fulfilling a prophesy in Isaiah, and the freedom He comes to bring. Our preacher is an expository preacher and is so richly gifted by his ability to teach the Bible. We're extremely blessed!
